I finally have a private space to welcome you into! My studio is located inside Sozo Healing House which is home to a variety of wellness professionals and healers.
Class sizes are small and personal, come see what it's all about.

What is Yin Yoga?

It is a soft and nourishing practice for the body & mind. This style of Yoga targets the connective tissues in the body known as fascia. The poses are held for 2-5 minutes to gain access to the fascia system.
Nearly all of the poses are done on the floor with and without the support of props.
This paired with pranayama (breath work), meditation and sound vibrations assists in moving energy throughout the body's energy network.
Come surrender to help find the balance between effort and ease in the body and mind.
- Feel free to bring your own mat and props but I do have them in the studio for your use.
- Wear comfortable clothing, these are not necessarily fitness classes but you want to be comfortable bending, folding and twisting.

2 opportunities to work with these powerful moon cycles. Work with the energy of full and new moon phases. These classes tie in themes of Yin/Yang Yoga and use intention setting and mantra repetition.
