Hi, I’m Amy. I create space for rest and energetic healing through yoga, nature, and sound healing.
My classes are gentle, grounding, and guided by intuition + the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I am inside Sozo Healing House located in the Duskfire Professional Center off Elliot Road.

Suites 112/103 are located at the far end of the complex, nearest to the canal.
