Monthly Package

By purchasing and/or attending any class, workshop, event, or private session offered by Energy Seed Yoga, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Liability Waiver: You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and any other offerings. You acknowledge that Energy Seed Yoga and its instructors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation.
2. Health & Safety: You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice.
3. Class Start Time & Late Arrival Policy: Doors will be locked at the start of class. Late arrivals will forfeit their class with no refund or transfer. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued for missed or canceled bookings. If Energy Seed Yoga cancels a class or event, you may choose to transfer to the next available session or receive a full refund.
5. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a class, session, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the full liability waiver.
