SOUND IS MEDICINE

Welcome, this is your invitation.

Maybe you are curious or looking for a holistic approach to well-being. Know that you landed in the right place.

Each session is a ritual where sound heals and you unplug from the noise.

Private Sound Healing

PERSONALIZED 1:1 SOUND HEALING

Sound healing is a gentle, therapeutic practice that supports your nervous system in slowing down and resetting. If you are seeking support beyond conversation or movement, you are in the right place.

Your body is constantly processing information through subtle electrical and vibrational signals. Ongoing stress can keep the nervous system in a state of vigilance, making true rest feel out of reach. Through intentional use of tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and bilateral sound, your system is invited into steadier rhythms that encourage regulation and restoration.

Rather than forcing relaxation, sound creates the conditions for your body to settle on its own terms.

My clients report improved sleep, smoother emotional processing, and a sustained sense of calm as their system learns how to shift out of stress patterns more efficiently.

This work is subtle, cumulative, and deeply supportive. It is not about escape. It is about realigning with your natural vibration.

Private Sound Healing is a personalized experience designed to help your nervous system regulate and restore. When the body feels safe, it can shift out of constant doing and into a state where repair and balance become possible.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to you. I incorporate tuning forks, crystal & metal singing bowls, and other instruments to support harmony from the inside out. Sound is often offered bilaterally, moving from side to side, which can help the mind focus and relax. At times, and always with consent, instruments may be placed directly on the body to deepen the experience.

This work is about creating the conditions where your body can do what it already knows how to do. Many clients report feeling calmer, grounded, lighter, and more connected to themselves after a session.

Private sessions are ideal if you are navigating stress, transition, creative blocks, emotional processing, or simply craving intentional rest. The container is quiet, supportive, and confidential. You will be guided gently into stillness and held there with care.

If you are ready to experience sound in a deeply personal and restorative way, this session is for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach me at energyseedyoga@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Sound healing is an ancient healing modality practiced for centuries. It uses sound waves at specific frequencies, applied on or around the body, to promote healing and restore balance. Our voice is the oldest instrument!

These sound waves resonate with the body’s energetic systems, such as chakras, meridians-our biofields, encouraging the body to align with the vibrations, enhancing overall wellness. Every cell in the body has its own electrical frequency, meaning our entire system is constantly emitting and responding to electrical waves. We are literal energy!

Sound healing operates on the principle that everything in the universe vibrates with energy. Because our bodies are mostly water—an excellent conductor of sound, the vibrations travel easily, helping to clear pathways where energy flows. By moving through the body’s energetic network, these vibrations create harmony from the inside out, gently guiding the body back to its natural rhythm.

Sound healing is for anyone* seeking balance, focus, and emotional or physical relief. It can help with:

  • Reducing stress and emotional blockages
  • Improving sleep and relieving insomnia
  • Easing migraines, chronic pain, and tension
  • Boosting mood and supporting anxiety or depression relief
  • Increasing focus, energy, and creativity
  • Addressing low energy, obsessive thinking, or feelings of being “stuck”
  • Releasing the effects of trauma and subconscious blocks

Whether you’re looking to heal, grow, or feel more aligned, sound healing offers gentle support to help you reconnect with your best self.

You’ll stay fully clothed and relax comfortably, either lying on a massage table or sitting in a chair, for your session. I work by tuning in to the vibrations in your energy field using tuning forks applied on and around your body. Tuning forks are considered a pure form of sound which makes them superb to activate healing. Other instruments such as singing bowls may also be incorporated. I listen closely to the changes in the sound of the tuning fork, its overtones and undertones. When I find an area that sounds "muddy" or stuck, I continue activating the tuning fork and holding it near that area until the old energy clears.

The amazing thing is that your body’s energy system knows exactly what to do with these steady, calming frequencies. It uses them to recalibrate itself, gradually releasing tension and blockages. As the energy clears and balances, many people notice a sense of relief and lightness as their energy returns to harmony.

Each person’s experience with energy healing is unique, but some common sensations clients often report include:

  • Tingling throughout the body
  • Emotional release
  • Hot or cold sensations
  • Muscle twitches or subtle tremors
  • Yawning, coughing, or sighing
  • Dizziness or lightheaded
  • Seeing colors or images behind closed eyes
  • A deep sense of relaxation
  • Feeling tired or needing rest afterward

After a session, clients frequently report feelings of lightness, increased energy, improved sleep, deep relaxation, and heightened self-awareness.

In the days that follow, some may experience mild "detox" symptoms, such as emotional sensitivity, fatigue, or vivid dreams, as the body releases low-vibrational energies. These effects are a natural part of the clearing process and usually subside within a few days to a week. Be sure to stay hydrated after energy work.

Generally, it is recommended to start with at least three sessions to get the most out of Biofield Clearing. In many cases, specific symptoms or imbalances can begin to shift within this timeframe. Each session builds on the last, creating a cumulative effect that helps your body’s energy system find its natural rhythm.

Think of it like tuning a musical instrument, every session fine tunes your energy, helping it flow in a balanced and harmonious way. Over time, your system learns to maintain this rhythm, supporting your overall well-being.

Sound healing is a gentle and supportive practice, but there are a few considerations to keep in mind to ensure your safety and comfort:

Pregnancy: If you’re pregnant, especially in the first three months, talk to your doctor before trying sound therapy. It’s best to avoid placing sound instruments directly on your body during this time.

Serious Mental Health Conditions: If you’re managing a significant mental health condition, check in with your doctor to determine if sound therapy is a good fit for you.

Sound-Induced Epilepsy: For those with sound-induced epilepsy, consult your doctor to avoid potential seizures triggered by sound vibrations.

Pacemakers, Stents, or Shunts: If you have a pacemaker, stent, or shunt, keep sound instruments at least 8 inches away from your body and avoid placing them directly on or near metal implants.

Nerve Damage: If you have any history of nerve damage, it’s always a good idea to discuss sound therapy with your doctor first.

Concussions: If you’ve had a concussion, it’s best to avoid sound work in the first several months due to possible brain swelling. Gentle, minimal work may be appropriate after a few months, while intentional and deeper sessions are best reserved for when the concussion is a year or more old.

Cancer and Cancer Treatment: Because the body is already working so hard during treatment and recovery, sound healing can sometimes feel very tiring. It’s best to approach with extra care and consult your healthcare provider before beginning.

If you’re unsure about whether sound healing is right for you, reach out to your healthcare provider for guidance. Your safety and well-being are the priority!
