6 week series into the elements of TCM: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal. This workshop will include discussion of each element and its associated emotion, Yin postures, breathwork, and pressure points. All assist in moving energy in the subtle body and to help align with the seasons. You will go home at the end of class with worksheets and a calendar of activities to complete over the week to help embody the specific element.
This series is for those wanting to align with the energy of nature to become more present. You are already complete & whole walking into this series, these tools help you cycle through the seasons of life.
No experience necessary to attend, this is for all levels.
