8am Hatha Flow:
Hatha Yoga is the yoga of force and breath. This means you will link your breath to your movements. It can be fast paced flows or long steady holds. My classes combine both along with core activation and breath work. All levels are welcome and modifications are provided. 60 minutes.
9:30am Yin Yoga:
Yin Yoga is good for all levels, it promotes joint mobility and works into the deep connective tissues of the body (fascia, tendons & ligaments). This yoga takes a more meditative approach than traditional Hatha Yoga. The majority of the poses are performed on the floor and held for a longer period of time. Over time you will learn to remain still and calm the mind through the breath. 60 minutes.

Schedule your private yoga class at your convenience. Classes can be at your chosen time & location (home, office, backyard, pool, tennis club, parks), you decide! Make Yoga classes fit with your schedule. With one-on-one instruction or small class sizes, you can safely learn correct alignment, breathing techniques, and ask questions. Your classes will be specialized for you or your groups needs and goals.

Monday 9am: Power Yoga at Tempe/Marina Heights
This class is designed for those who want to sweat. An exhilarating Vinyasa style class set to fun, upbeat music. Explore inversions and arm balances while experiencing stillness within motion. 55 minutes.
Tuesday & Thursday 10am: Yoga at Ahwatukee
Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body and spirit through a series of poses. This class is intended for beginner, intermediate, and advanced level progressions. 55 minutes.
Wednesday 6:30pm Yin Yoga at Ahwatukee
This class focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints by holding poses any where from 2-5 minutes. 55 minutes.
Wednesday 10:30am Yin Yoga
This class works into the deep connective tissues of the body (ligaments, fascia, and joints) by holding poses for extended periods of time. The focus is to find your edge, become still, and hold the pose while calming the mind through the breath. 60 minutes.
Thursday 6am Hot 60
Signature set sequence, designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Studio is heated from 98⁰-104⁰ with 60-70% humidity.
Thursday 12pm Movement
The movement class is edgy, fun, and something different each time. It's an opportunity to explore different poses outside the signature Hot 60 class. The studio is heated around 90⁰-95⁰ with 40-50% humidity.
