This is a pay-what-you-can community offering with payment accepted upon arrival through cash, Venmo, or Zelle. 

Join me on the longest day of the year for an outdoor sunrise practice to welcome summer with presence and purpose. Together, we will move through 108 Sun Salutations waking up with the desert and honoring the new season. 

This practice is physically demanding while grounding and meditative. Participants are encouraged to rest when needed, and honor their bodies throughout the experience.  

This offering will be held outdoors near South Mountain, with the exact location shared closer to the event. 

Please come prepared with your own mat, water, and anything else that will support your practice. 

June 21st 6am to approximately 9am (however long it takes us)

Depending on the final location, there may be a short walk or light hike involved.  

BASED ON ATTENDANCE, THE LOCATION WILL BE AVAILABLE CLOSER TO THE EVENT.
